Meet Your Coach
About Thaddeus
My name is Thaddeus Wojcik, founder of Thaddeus Training Co.
I created Thaddeus Training Co. because I believe fitness should improve your life, not take it over. Too many people feel overwhelmed, intimidated, or convinced they're too far behind to make a change. My mission is to help people realize that lasting progress is possible, no matter where they're starting from.
I am passionate about helping real people achieve real results. Whether you're a busy parent, a youth athlete, a working professional, an older adult looking to stay active, or someone simply trying to regain confidence and improve their health, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward.
I believe fitness is about more than losing weight or building muscle. It's about building confidence, improving health, increasing energy, moving without pain, creating healthy habits, and becoming capable of doing the things you love with the people who matter most.
Every client receives personalized coaching, accountability, education, and support based on their goals, experience level, and lifestyle. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll build a plan that works for your life and creates results you can maintain long-term.
Why I Do What I Do
Some of the most rewarding people I've worked with throughout my life have been youth and older adults.
From a young age, many of my closest friendships, mentors, and role models were older than me. Their wisdom, life experience, and perspective taught me lessons that continue to shape who I am today. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to train and work with many older adults, helping them improve strength, mobility, confidence, and independence while respecting their unique needs and limitations. I believe staying active and capable is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves as we age.
I am equally passionate about working with youth. I've spent years serving in youth leadership roles, volunteering at community events, and helping young people build confidence through movement, fitness, and healthy habits. I believe the lessons learned through fitness—discipline, confidence, perseverance, and self-respect—can positively impact a person for the rest of their life.
One of the things I love most about coaching is that the principles don't change. Whether someone is 12 years old or 92 years old, the goal is the same: help them move better, feel better, and become stronger versions of themselves. The foundation is the same, but the program is tailored to the individual. Just like no two people have the same goals, no two people should have the exact same plan.
Fitness isn't about forcing everyone into the same mold. It's about meeting people where they are, understanding their goals, respecting their limitations, and helping them take the next step forward.
More Than Exercise
Throughout my life, I've learned that lasting change rarely starts in the gym. More often, it starts with the habits we build, the choices we make, and the standards we set for ourselves every day.
I've spent time working with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals facing difficult circumstances, unhealthy habits, personal struggles, and major life challenges. Those experiences taught me that real transformation is about much more than exercise. It's about building confidence, developing discipline, creating consistency, and learning how to keep moving forward when life gets difficult.
When you train with me, my goal isn't simply to count reps and send you on your way. I want every session to provide value beyond the workout itself. Whether that's learning a healthier habit, improving your mindset, developing greater self-confidence, or finding a practical solution to a challenge you're facing, I want you to leave each session better than when you arrived.
Fitness is one of the tools we use. The bigger goal is helping people build stronger, healthier, more capable lives.
The lessons that create success in fitness—consistency, accountability, discipline, patience, and resilience—are the same lessons that create success in many areas of life. My goal is to help clients develop those skills in a way that extends far beyond the gym.
