Refund Policy

At Thaddeus Training Co., I am committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, and support. Please review this Refund Policy before purchasing any services.
Personal Training Sessions
Individual Personal Training Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may be considered completed and are non-refundable.
Completed Personal Training Sessions are non-refundable.
Consultations & In-Home Fitness Assessments
Completed consultations, assessments, and evaluation services are non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
The $10 New Client Consultation and $40 In-Home Fitness Assessment may be credited toward a qualifying coaching program when applicable. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are applied only toward eligible services.
Coaching Programs & Memberships
Foundation Coaching and Complete Coaching require a minimum three-month commitment.
Memberships are billed automatically according to the billing schedule selected during enrollment.
Monthly payments become non-refundable once the applicable billing cycle has begun.
After the initial three-month commitment has been satisfied, memberships continue until canceled. Clients may request cancellation at any time after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the following month's charge.
Unused sessions do not carry over into future billing periods unless otherwise approved in writing by Thaddeus Training Co.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from medical emergencies, military deployment, relocation, or other significant circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of any refund or credit is solely at the discretion of Thaddeus Training Co. and is not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact Thaddeus Training Co. before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of coaching services and may be referred for collection when permitted by law.
Policy Changes
Thaddeus Training Co. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
